Learning from Sub-Contracting Writing Work

If you get paid to write, you probably have had a time or two where you were overwhelmed with work. Did you turn it away, soldier on, or get some help from another writer? I’ve had a writing team for the past 2 years and at one point had more than 12 writers on my writing team. For the past year I’ve dealt with just a small team of writers because that first year taught me some valuable lessons.
